In the play Bus Stop, 8 people are stranded in a small diner 30 minutes outside of Kansas city in a blizzard. The set of this production is an blend of 1940s-50s diner and grandma's kitchen. A full stage projection screen in the middle of the stage allows the vast size of the proscenium theater to be cut down. The decor of the diner is a mixture of things that the owner would have bought or was given to her over the years.
